Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you again.  I've been thinking of you and just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all that you did for our family. We all love our new house and our neighborhood, and are so happy to be here.

The buying/selling process is never easy or without its share of stress, but you really kept all that to a minimum with your attention to detail. Plus, as I just mentioned to Steve (which he didn't know) I wasn't entirely sold on being able to overcome the "cosmetic issues" with this house.  Your encouragement kept moving forward, and I'm so glad for that. Looking back, and seeing what other people go through, our experience was really as smooth as it could have been.

I am a great believer in the idea that everything happens for a reason. I am so glad Olivia and I rode our bikes by your open house that day.... it changed our lives :)

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased I was with the services Pat Crane provided in the sale of my home in Dresher and the purchase of a townhouse in Schwenksville this month.

I met Pat at an open house in my neighborhood in Aidenn Lair in the winter of 2013. When I decided to list my home I called Pat.  She helped me get my home ready and on the market in May of 2014. We had an offer within a matter of a couple of weeks, if that. It was a good offer and a quick settlement date.

I had a good idea of what I wanted to buy near Collegeville where I work and Pat miraculously found and negotiated my purchase of a lovely townhome which would dovetail seemlessly with the settlement date of my sale.

I found Pat to be knowledgeable, thorough, and completely professional. Her indefatigable negotiationg skills were apparent throughout the process and particularly after both inspections. She guided me through the mortgage and closing process, and the entire process was as painless as these things can be.

More importantly, she acted not only as my guide through the process, but also as coach, counselor and cheerleader, giving tirelessly of her time, knowledge and advice whenever I needed information and reassurance. Her wisdom and kindness of spirit kept me centered and moving forward. This was the second home I have sold and the third one I have bought. I look forward with confidence that I made all the right choices and with very fond memories of the time I spent with Pat.
